The Sector Manager provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for all transportation and stationary/remote guarding services within their assigned Sector. The Sector Manager is responsible for ensuring that staffing, scheduling, service delivery, employee performance, and transportation operations comply with contract requirements, company policies, issued directives, and applicable laws and regulations. The Sector Manager maintains comprehensive knowledge of all contract activities within the assigned Sector and serves as the primary operational liaison between the company and client's local supervisory and management personnel. The position coordinates sector fleet requirements, including vehicle assignments, readiness, inspections, maintenance needs, downtime, and replacement vehicles, with the Fleet Coordinator based in Tucson, who provides centralized fleet administration and support across all Sectors. The Sector Manager also oversees Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) performance within the assigned Sector, monitors service quality and contract compliance, addresses operational deficiencies, and ensures that corrective actions are implemented and documented.
