Catholic Health is looking for a highly organized Medical Secretary to join our fast-paced, dynamic physician practice. This vital role supports both front office operations and provider administrative needs, helping ensure a seamless experience for patients and staff.

Job Details:

Job Responsibilities:

• Support front office operations, including patient check-in, phone coverage, and insurance verification
• Schedule appointments, surgeries, and radiology procedures; assist patients through the entire care process
• Coordinate physician schedules (office, on-call, OR)
• Obtain authorizations and complete revenue reconciliation reports
• Prepare patient charts and manage demographic registration
• Assist with various clerical tasks and office projects as needed

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a busy medical practice strongly preferred
• EPIC and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
• Experience supporting providers and managing complex administrative tasks
