PGS Worldwide is seeking a Videographer / Multimedia Producer at Eglin AFB, FL for an approximately six-month onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will produce professional instructional videos, technical demonstrations, and multimedia training materials using industry-standard cameras, editing software, and production techniques.
Active Secret security clearance required for base access. Position does not involve handling classified information.
2–4 years of experience shooting and editing professional video content.
2–4 years of experience operating cameras and applying professional videography techniques.
2–4 years of photography experience.
1–2 years of experience with graphics and digital design applications.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator.
Experience operating professional Sony and Blackmagic Design cinema and DSLR cameras.
Experience capturing high-quality footage, including interviews, technical demonstrations, and B-roll.
Knowledge of professional cinematography techniques, including composition, lighting, camera movement, and audio recording.
Experience using gimbals, stabilizers, sliders, and other camera movement equipment.
Familiarity with green screen production, chroma keying, color correction, and color grading.
Ability to independently manage video production projects from initial planning through final delivery.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to work onsite at Eglin AFB, FL.
Portfolio or examples of previous video production work required with resume.
Experience developing instructional videos and technical training materials.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Audition.
Experience creating motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and other visual effects.
Experience with storyboarding, production planning, and multimedia quality assurance.
Familiarity with established branding guidelines and multimedia production templates.
Produce, shoot, and edit professional instructional videos, technical demonstrations, and multimedia training content.
Capture high-quality footage in studio and field environments, including interviews, demonstrations, and supplemental B-roll.
Operate professional Sony and Blackmagic Design cameras and related production equipment.
Apply professional cinematography techniques to ensure effective composition, lighting, camera movement, and audio quality.
Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Develop motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
Perform color correction, color grading, and chroma keying to enhance video quality.
Collaborate with production teams to plan shoots, develop storyboards, and review completed projects.
Maintain consistency with established production standards, branding guidelines, and multimedia templates.
Organize and manage video assets, project files, and production workflows.
Participate in post-production reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure professional, accurate, and effective instructional content.
Support continuous improvements in multimedia production quality and efficiency.
Onsite at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
Local candidates who can reliably work onsite are preferred.
