    • Must hold or be eligible to hold a Louisiana teaching certificate

    • Ability to develop student-athletes academically, athletically, and personally
    • Commitment to program-building with an emphasis on discipline, academics, and culture
    • Ability to build strong relationships within the school and local community
    • Experience working in diverse, high-energy school environments
