    Description

    Warehouse Worker – 2nd Shift

    Location: Richmond, VA 23227
    Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience
    Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our 2nd shift team. This position involves picking orders, moving products, loading trucks, and helping keep the warehouse organized. The right candidate should be dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

    Job Duties

    • Pick and pull orders using an RF scanner
    • Check orders to make sure the correct products and quantities are pulled
    • Communicate with the supervisor throughout the shift regarding orders
    • Let the supervisor know if a product cannot be located or if help is needed
    • Move products using a manual pallet jack
    • Operate a sit-down forklift as needed and when qualified
    • Stage orders and assist with loading trucks
    • Move and organize products throughout the warehouse
    • Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized
    • Follow all company safety rules and procedures
    • Work with the team to complete daily warehouse tasks

    Overtime

    Overtime may be voluntary or mandatory, depending on business needs. If overtime will be mandatory, managers will notify employees one day in advance.

    Requirements

    • Previous warehouse experience is preferred
    • RF scanner experience is a plus
    • Forklift experience is preferred
    • Must be comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
    • Must be able to lift, move, push, and pull products as needed
    • Reliable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team
    • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
