Job Highlights

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical equipment problems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests
• Repair or replace worn and damaged equipment components
• Inspect machinery and identify developing issues before they cause extended downtime
• Document completed maintenance and communicate unresolved issues during shift handoffs

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• General mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting experience
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, or fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to follow lockout/tagout and other required safety procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift tools, parts, and materials as required
