Location: Fremont, IN
Shift: Second Shift 2:00 pm-10:30 pm
Monday through Friday
Pay: $21.65 per hour

This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are essential.
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor glass extrusion equipment
Set up machines and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure specifications are met
Load raw materials and monitor production flow
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and be cross-trained
