Second Shift Custodian

The Northwood School District is seeking a committed and service-oriented Custodian. This role will work collaboratively to successfully complete the daily custodial operations of the district's single building and site. The District currently has a crew of 3 other custodial staff including additional student workers and temporary help during the summer months.

This position reports directly to the Lead, with a starting rate at $18.05 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefit package including health insurance, dental insurance, Wisconsin Retirement System, life insurance, paid vacation, LTD, and health retirement account. Qualifications:

• At least one year in custodial/maintenance or related fields. Example: facilities management, electrical, plumbing, building construction, HVAC, and custodial maintenance.
• Must demonstrate an average knowledge of custodial duties.
• CDL with passenger endorsement to operate school buses. The district will help with procurement but needs to be completed within 6 months of hire.
