    SEC Reporting Analyst - Key Responsibilities



    • Support SEC reporting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and investor reporting initiatives



    • Help develop scalable compliance processes, controls, documentation, and reporting procedures



    • Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and external advisors on compliance and governance matters



    • Support reporting requirements tied to investors and other external stakeholders



    • Assist with broader public-company readiness and compliance initiatives as the organization continues to grow




    SEC Reporting Analyst - Qualifications



    • Experience with SEC reporting, securities compliance, corporate governance, financial reporting, or public-company readiness



    • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and the ability to partner effectively across functions



    • Detail-oriented, collaborative professional who is comfortable helping build processes in a growing environment
