SEC Reporting Analyst - Key Responsibilities
Support SEC reporting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and investor reporting initiatives
Help develop scalable compliance processes, controls, documentation, and reporting procedures
Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and external advisors on compliance and governance matters
Support reporting requirements tied to investors and other external stakeholders
Assist with broader public-company readiness and compliance initiatives as the organization continues to grow
SEC Reporting Analyst - Qualifications
Experience with SEC reporting, securities compliance, corporate governance, financial reporting, or public-company readiness
Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and the ability to partner effectively across functions
Detail-oriented, collaborative professional who is comfortable helping build processes in a growing environment
