$115,000 - $125,000 + 10% Target Bonus | Hybrid Schedule

A publicly traded organization is seeking a SEC Reporting Manager to join its corporate accounting team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of SEC reporting and filing activities
- Manage stock-based compensation accounting, reporting, and reconciliations
- Oversee preparation of financial statements and monthly reporting packages
- Support technical accounting research and implementation
- Manage lease accounting activities and related disclosures
- Review account reconciliations and general ledger activity
- Assist with process improvements, controls enhancement, and reporting efficiencies
- Partner with external auditors, finance leadership, and cross-functional business teams
- Analyze accounting transactions and provide recommendations on complex reporting matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- SEC reporting experience required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- CPA strongly preferred
- Experience with Workiva, D365, or similar reporting systems is a plus
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
