Our Seattle office is looking for a 4–6 year corporate associate who wants to do more than work on individual transactions. This is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to innovative technology and life sciences companies and to work closely with the entrepreneurs, management teams and investors building the next generation of companies.
Our clients are often with us throughout their entire life cycle—from incorporation and early-stage financings through growth, strategic transactions and ultimately an exit. Associates have the opportunity to work directly with management teams and founders, provide day-to-day strategic and legal advice, and serve as an extension of the client's team, often in an outside general counsel role.
