Requirements- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (non-THC)
- Ability to read a ruler, patterns, drawings, and work instructions
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, including band saws and electric knives
- Ability to apply adhesives and work with a variety of materials
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and accuracy
- Basic math and measurement skills, including fractions and decimals
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, aerospace, upholstery, or related experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
Job Duties- Read production patterns and build components according to work instructions and specifications
- Accurately document material usage and production information on work orders
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
- Follow established production, quality control, and safety procedures
- Understand and comply with Oregon Aero Quality Management System requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
- Maintain positive and professional working relationships with coworkers
- Perform repetitive production tasks while standing throughout the workday
- Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule- Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
- Monday through Friday
- Day Shift
- Hours to be confirmed by employer
Pay Rate- $17.00 per hour
- Paid on-the-job training provided
- Eligible for a generous benefits package upon successful completion of the probationary period and permanent hire
