• Execute a consistent lead generation and follow-up system weekly, per team standards
• Consult with buyers and sellers, convert to signed agreements, and close
• Negotiate offers skillfully and confidently on behalf of your clients
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner Call
• Track production and activity using the team's technology platform
• Participate in team activities, script practice, and accountability check-ins
• Mentor newer teammates and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Represent MELIA Realty Group as a business leader and advocate in the Central Kentucky community

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate sales experience with a consistent track record of $3M–$5M+ in annual production
• Proven ability to generate and convert your own business — you already know how to sell
• Ready to trade "figuring it out alone" for a real team, proven systems, and daily accountability
• Team player who also thinks like a business owner
• Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder
• Coachable and growth-minded, even after years of success
• Licensed real estate professional in Kentucky
