Job Title: Seasonal Warehouse Fulfillment Associate PT
Job Summary
The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers receive the correct products on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify product quantities and quality before shipment
- Label packages and prepare shipping documentation as required
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
- Stock shelves and maintain proper inventory placement
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (forklift if certified)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Communicate issues or discrepancies to warehouse leadership
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience a plus (not required)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and counting skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Schedule & Employment Type
