Seasonal Warehouse Associate

At Silencer Central, we believe in being customer oriented, getting stuff done, and expecting excellence in everything we do. The Warehouse Associate role is to exceed customer expectations by ensuring the first steps in the customer purchase process are completed in a timely manner. This position will demonstrate order fulfillment task goals are conducted accurately, efficiently and safely. In addition, this role will assist in picking, packing, storing, and organization of the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Creating/Printing/Application of assembly identification labels
• Product packing in preparation for order fulfillment
• Performs material handling duties
• Restock packing materials
• Perform kitting and light assembly tasks
• Able to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period
• Able to read and understand picklists and work instructions
• Uses keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality and zero defects
• Identifies ways to improve processes and participate in implementing those improvements
• Works within a warehouse bench assembly environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in resolving cycle count discrepancy issues
• Assist team members in meeting and exceeding fulfillment goals
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
