Pay & Shift OptionsEarn up to $1,000 in incentives as a seasonal team member at ECFC- including a new hire incentive and a reliability incentive for strong attendance. Full details available once hired.

• Starting Pay: $21.45/hour
• Shift Premiums up to $3.00/hour
• 4 Shift Options Available:
  • Tue–Fri, 6 AM – 4 PM
  • Tue–Fri, 4 PM – 2 AM (+$0.75/hr)
  • Sat–Mon, 6 AM – 6 PM (+$2/hr shift premium)
  • Sat–Mon, 6 PM – 6 AM (+$3/hr shift premium)

What You'll Do

• Accurately audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders
• Rotate through tasks within your department as needed
• Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Complete receiving/shipping documentation as required
• Follow standard operating procedures and identify improvement opportunities
• Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues

You Own This if You Have

• The ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift 50 lb boxes without difficulty
• Experience operating a forklift, order picker or other Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) is a plus
• The ability to drive productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• A commitment to teamwork through relationship building, reliability and collaboration

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$21.45 - $23.20 Hourly
