Seasonal Trainer - North East, MD

Are you passionate about developing others and helping teams succeed? Adecco is hiring a Seasonal Trainer to support a fast-paced fulfillment center in North East, MD during Peak Season. In this role, you'll play a key part in onboarding new associates, delivering hands-on training, promoting workplace safety, and helping employees build the skills and confidence needed to perform successfully.
What You'll Do
•    Conduct new-hire orientation, cross-training, and refresher training programs.
•    Provide hands-on instruction on job duties, warehouse processes, safety requirements, quality standards, and performance expectations.
•    Observe associates performing job tasks independently and provide real-time coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
•    Answer process-related questions and provide support on the warehouse floor.
•    Monitor trainee progress and communicate performance updates, achievements, and concerns to supervisors and Operations leadership.
•    Complete and maintain accurate training, observation, and progress records.
•    Submit certification requests when associates are ready for performance evaluations.
•    Remain current on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, training materials, and process updates.
•    Cross-train in other departments and assist with operational activities as business needs require.
•    Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and objectivity in all training documentation and communications.
•    Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications
•    High School Diploma or GED.
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and effectively.
•    Attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and operational standards.
•    1-2 years of experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, training, coaching, or team leadership role are preferred.
•    Experience providing instruction, coaching, or mentoring to others.
•    Ability to document observations and training progress accurately and objectively.
•    Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Work Details:
•    Schedule: Various shifts available in a 24/7, including first and second shifts.
Overtime may be required based on business needs. 
•    Pay Rate: $20/hour (first shift), $21/hour (second shift). 
•    Must be available to work at least one weekend day.
•    Seasonal position supporting Peak Season operations.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
