Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team during the busy holiday shopping season!
Located inside CoolSprings Galleria, our restaurant experiences increased guest traffic during the holidays. We're looking for Team Members who enjoy serving others, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a positive, supportive team.
This is a great opportunity for students, individuals looking to earn extra income, or anyone seeking temporary, part-time employment during the holiday season.
Compensation & Benefits
- $13–$16 per hour, based on experience and availability

Position Details

- Additional availability during busy holiday shopping periods preferred
- Hours vary based on restaurant needs, with approximately 25 or more hours per week possible during peak periods

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, assemble, and deliver orders according to restaurant standards.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service and work areas.
- Support the team during busy shopping periods and high-volume shifts.
- Follow Chick-fil-A food safety, hospitality, and cleanliness standards.
- Work closely with Team Members and restaurant leadership.
- Assist with additional duties as needed during peak business periods.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Friendly, dependable, and motivated to serve others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy shifts.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Saturday availability required.
- Flexible availability during the holiday shopping season.
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
