HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
This position is responsible for:
Works in the Christmas center; lifts, carries, loads and unloads variety of donations that may include furniture, appliances, clothing, etc.; works to promote the safety and security of the warehouse; assists with the clean up, lay out, and set up of the warehouse; assists with possible pick up from the malls or corporations, if necessary.
Essential Functions:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must have physical strength adequate to carry and unload materials from truck and in warehouse.
Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects.
Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing.
Work requires working in a warehouse environment with exposure to fluctuating temperatures and discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
