This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role for someone who already knows what it takes to run a team on a federal contract — and who doesn't need a training manual to get there.You'll supervise 10-40 employees performing work tied to the Affordable Care Act, keep the team on schedule and on mission, coach performance issues before they become problems, and represent J&M's interests with professionalism when it matters most.
