Role Overview
As a Seasonal Store Colleague, youll play an important role in helping us deliver an outstanding experience during one of our busiest periods of the year.
Youll support the day-to-day running of the store by providing excellent customer service, replenishing stock, maintaining presentation standards and supporting your colleagues across the shop floor. Every interaction contributes to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
- Support the achievement of store and team objectives through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Replenish stock and help ensure products are available and presented in line with company standards.
- Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas remain clean, organised and well maintained.
- Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, stock handling and preparing deliveries.
- Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
- Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required, to contribute to the successful operation of the store during peak trading periods.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, in line with business needs.
- Availability to work during the festive trading period, including key peak trading dates such as Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day where required.
