Thompson Palm Springs Resort is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Seasonal Server Assistant to join the Lola Rose, Grand Mezze team!

The resort features Lola Rose, a bold Eastern Mediterranean dining experience inspired by the spice markets of Istanbul and the seasonal bounty of California, alongside Bar Issi, an elevated coastal Italian concept that blends relaxed luxury with coastal culinary sophistication. Two expansive pool experiences, immersive mountain views, the HALL Napa Valley Tasting Room, and over 35,000 square feet of dynamic indoor and outdoor event venues provide endless opportunities for unforgettable gatherings. As a Seasonal Server Assistant, you will assist the restaurant, lounge and bar operations. You will provide assistance to servers and bartenders in running food and drinks, bussing, and ensure the overall comfort and satisfaction of our guests enjoying the lounge and restaurant.

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $16.90 plus additional gratuity. This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Riverside County's Food Handler's Card
• Must be over the age of 21
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced food & beverage establishment is required
• Previous experience working in a luxury hotel/resort setting is a plus
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
