You'll help guests find bracelets with a message, discover gifts for people they love, and make every shopping experience warm, personal, and memorable. What You'll Do
- Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts for themselves or someone special.
- Make personalized recommendations, connect with guests, and create a welcoming shopping experience—even when the store is buzzing.
- Deliver a smooth checkout by accurately processing POS transactions and answering guest questions.
- Help the team reach sales goals and KPIs through great service, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and gift-ready, with displays that look festive and inviting.
- Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling to keep the store running smoothly.
- Help capture fun, authentic in-store moments and bring the Little Words Project brand to life.
- Team up, stay flexible, and jump in wherever needed during the holiday rush.
- Take on other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
What You Bring to the Team
- Retail experience is a plus—but if you're friendly, eager to learn, and bring a great attitude, we'd love to meet you!
- You enjoy talking with people and making guests feel welcome.
- You're comfortable recommending products and excited to help the team reach sales goals.
- You bring positive energy, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
- You're reliable, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- You can work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as needed.
- You're a team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
