Looking for a flexible, high-paying nursing opportunity? The UF Health Market Resource Pool (MRP) offers experienced RNs the chance to work a seasonal 13-week assignment while supporting patient care across the Central Florida.

Compensation

• Day Shift: $70/hour flat rate
• Night Shift: $75/hour flat rate
• Overtime paid in accordance with FLSA based on a 40-hour work week

Position Details

• 13-week seasonal contract assignment
• Commitment of three (3) 12-hour shifts per week
• Schedule determined in partnership with the unit director
• Float assignments based on competency and skill level to locations within:
• • UF Health Leesburg Hospital OR
  • UF Health The Villages Hospital (Spanish Plaines Campus)

Additional Information

• Shifts are not guaranteed; however, cancellations are unlikely.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Diploma/Associates Degree

 

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

- Florida Registered Nurse License

- BLS

- ACLS

 

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:

- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

- Must have a min. of 2 yrs of RN experience
