    As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you'll help bring the Superfeet brand to life by welcoming shoppers, learning our products and helping consumers find solutions that help them move, feel and perform better. Whether someone is discovering Superfeet for the first time or already knows our products, you'll help create an experience that turns a curious shopper into a loyal fan.

     

    This is a hands-on retail role that combines consumer service, sales, product education and day-to-day kiosk operations. You don't need to be an insole expert when you start. We'll teach you what you need to know. What matters most is that you genuinely enjoy helping people and are comfortable starting conversations with shoppers and identifying opportunities to introduce Superfeet.

     

    What You'll Do

    • Model the energy, attitude and professionalism expected of the team
    • Provide coaching, support and guidance throughout each shift
    • Help onboard and train teammates on products, sales techniques and kiosk operations
    • Serve as a go-to resource when questions, challenges or consumer concerns arise
    • Help communicate priorities and keep the team focused during busy periods
    • Remain energetic for long periods of standing
    • Welcome shoppers and create a friendly, engaging environment
    • Learn Superfeet products and confidently explain their features and benefits
    • Ask thoughtful questions to understand consumer needs and make recommendations
    • Help resolve consumer concerns with professionalism and care
    • Ensure every interaction reflects the Superfeet brand
    • Build authentic connections that support sales and consumer loyalty
    • Work toward individual and kiosk sales goals
    • Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system
    • Help manage inventory, merchandising and product organization
    • Support opening and closing procedures and keyholder responsibilities
    • Keep the kiosk clean, organized, stocked and ready for consumers  

     

    We're Looking For

    • Ability to lead by example and positively influence a team
    • Strong judgment and confidence making day-to-day decisions
    • Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented when challenges arise
    • Dependability, organization, and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize multiple needs in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfort using technology and learning new systems
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
    • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping periods 

     

    Experience

    • Two or more years of retail, sales, or consumer service experience preferred
    • Previous experience as a keyholder, shift lead, or informal team leader strongly preferred
    • Experience coaching, training, or supporting teammates is a plus 

    Experience or interest in the following areas is also valued: 

    • Sporting goods or specialty retail
    • Footwear
    • Running, walking, hiking, or outdoor activities
    • Fitness or wellness
    • Consumer service or sales 

     

    You don't need to be an athlete or an insole expert to be successful here. We'll teach you the product knowledge you need. 

    Compensation: $24/hr

    Anticipated Weekly Hours: 35

     

    As part of our standard hiring process for new employees, employment with Superfeet will be contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.
