We are looking for a:
Production Lead

General Summary:

We're looking for Material Handler Leads to oversee operations across our inventory, receiving, forklift, and production departments in our client's warehouse facility. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between leadership and associates, ensuring daily productivity targets are met while coaching and training your team to maintain high performance standards. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who can make independent decisions, optimize departmental layouts, and ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of related experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and technical proficiency
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and engage in constant motion
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Training: Assist in training new hires on their specific tasks, provide ongoing performance coaching, serving as the primary point of contact for associates on your team.
• Operational Performance: Closely monitor departmental workflow to eliminate errors and analyze KPIs to maximize overall productivity.
• Strategic Coordination: Assist supervisors with planning the physical layout of assigned work areas and ensure all functions of a material handler are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage daily administrative tasks, including potential assistance with payroll processing and monitoring team performance without needing constant supervisory input.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Salary

• $17.60/hr
