We are hiring Seasonal Production Assemblers to join our Final Assembly team for our upcoming busy season.

No manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide paid, on-the-job training during the scheduled shift.

Youll learn how to assemble high-quality seating products and components used in the turf industry while working alongside a team that takes pride in doing things right.

Monday-Thursday

5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

$20.75/hour

• Overtime possible on Friday and Saturday

Weekend Shift

Friday-Sunday

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

$21.75/hour

What Youll Do

As a Seasonal Production Assembler, youll perform a variety of assembly operations to construct custom seating products and components.

Your day may include:

• Assemble products by placing parts in the specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples, glues, and cements
• Use air-powered and battery-powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions
• Package completed seats and finished components
• Rotate between workstations as production needs require
• Work on different seating models and adapt to different assembly operations
• Read and follow written work instructions
• Use computer systems to look up work instructions, cross-reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production information
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

You dont need prior manufacturing experience. Were willing to train the right people.

Were looking for individuals who are:

• At least 18 years old
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to read and follow written instructions
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Goal-oriented and motivated
• A positive, respectful team player
• Good communicators
• Flexible and willing to rotate between different workstations
• Comfortable using hand and power tools or willing to learn
• Able to adapt to changing production needs
• Must be able to commit to the full seasonal assignment through March 2027

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on production position.

You must be able to:

• Stand and work for 10-12 hours per day, depending on the shift
• Constantly lift and/or move items weighing up to 75 lbs
• Work in indoor conditions
• Wear required personal protective equipment
