Pay: $16.90 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team on a seasonal basis. The core focus of this role is to accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring timely and correct delivery to customers. The position involves physical activity, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately select ordered items from warehouse inventory using inventory management systems.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently while maintaining productivity standards.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist with stock replenishment and organization of the warehouse.
• Complete order documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and support a positive workplace atmosphere.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting.
• Basic math skills for order processing.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Capacity to lift items up to 50 lbs safely.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Prior picking and packing experience.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Warehouse inventory management system (preferred).
• Basic packing equipment and tools.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in adherence to safety procedures.
