We're looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking individuals to help us bring the 4 Rivers experience to catered events throughout the Tallahassee area.
This is a seasonal, on-call opportunity that's perfect for someone looking to pick up occasional shifts, earn extra income, and work fun events without committing to a traditional weekly schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with catering event setup, food service, and breakdown
- Serve guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Keep food stations stocked, clean, and organized
- Help load, unload, and organize catering supplies
- Work alongside the 4 Rivers team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Jump in wherever needed to keep events running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and dependable team players
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work occasional catering events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with event setup and breakdown
- Previous catering, restaurant, hospitality, or event experience is a plus, but not required!
Pay & Perks
- $15/hour base pay PLUS additional event gratuities!
- Gratuities vary by event and are distributed based on hours worked and the total gratuity collected

The Details
Location: Tallahassee, FL and surrounding event locations
Position Type: Seasonal / On-Call / As Needed
Schedule: Event-based shifts, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hours vary based on event needs and availability.
Pay: $15.00 per hour + event gratuities
