Are you looking for a job that's active, rewarding, and based outdoors? We're looking for mature, responsible, community minded people to join our team as Seasonal Lifeguards at our community pools in Inglewood, Okato, and Waitara.

• Full training provided - you'll earn your Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate (PLPC)

What you'll be doing

• Supervising pool users and maintaining a safe environment
• Responding to incidents and emergencies when required
• Providing friendly customer service to pool visitors
• Supporting daily pool operations
• Promoting health and safety standards

What you'll need:

• Confidence in the water
• Ability to swim 200 metres in under 6 minutes
• Ability to tread water for 5 minutes
• A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
• Flexibility to work across our seasonal pool locations
• Be at least 16 years of age
• A Comprehensive First Aid Certificate before commencing employment

Our seasonal pools are open from November 2026 to March 2027. Preference will be given to applicants available for the full season.

Children's Worker Safety Check

This position is classified as a Children's Worker role and will be subject to safety checking under the Children's Act 2014.
