    Description

    As a Seasonal Liquid Clerk, you will be a vital part to the Company by providing seasonal support for our Delivery billing team. Your goal will be to work closely with the team to ensure our daily billing deadlines are met timely and accurately, and your success will be to ensure that the inventory is always kept within allowable tolerances during our peak demand season.

    Your Responsibilities:   

    • Post all trucks accurately by next business day 

    • Adjust bulk plant warehouses and trucks per empty product 

    • Perform accurate bank reconciliation 

    • Process adjustments to customer accounts timely and accurately 

    • Manage service and delivery billing
    • Demonstrate strong initiative on trouble shooting and research 

    • Research and resolve liquid inventory variances promptly 

    • Post payments and reconcile bank deposits accurately and timely 

    • Process all tank set / pickups accurately and timely 

     

    Your Skills:   

    • Strong decision-making skills 

    • Basic mathematical skills are necessary 

     

    Your Experience:   

    • High school diploma or G.E.D.  

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience with billing operations 

    The expected hourly range for this position is $20.50-$24.60. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills
