What You’ll Do

As a member of our Decor Crew Lead you’ll:

• Experience with using ladders- Not afraid to be on roofs of house 
• Lead and supervise the holiday decor crew
• Install and remove holiday lights and decorations
• Follow installation plans and safety guidelines
• Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
• Ensure installations are completed neatly and professionally
• Maintain schedules and ensure projects are completed on time
• Provide excellent customer service

Pay & Position Details

• Hourly wage: $23-$25 (based on experience)
• Hourly, non-exempt position

What We’re Looking For:

• • Must have: experience pulling a 20-ft trailer

  • Plus, one or more of the following:

    • Christmas décor installation experience

    • Tree-climbing experience

    • Roofing experience

  • A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

  • 21 years or older (required to drive company vehicles)

  • Committed to safety and teamwork

  • Positive, reliable, and customer-focused

  • Able to work in various weather conditions and tackle challenges with a smile
