The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, located in Dallas, Texas, is a world-renowned institution that offers a fascinating exploration of President John F. Kennedy's life, death, and legacy. Located in the historic Texas School Book Depository building where crucial evidence related to the assassination of President Kennedy was discovered, this iconic museum provides an exciting and enriching work environment. Established in 1989 to mark the 25th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the Museum was originally conceived as a temporary exhibition and has since become fully accredited through the American Alliance of Museums.
Our donors are passionate supporters of the Museum who firmly believe in preserving and sharing President Kennedy's legacy, the historic events of November 22, 1963, and their lasting cultural significance. They come from diverse backgrounds-both local and global-and are united by a commitment to ensuring this critical moment in American history remains accessible and meaningful for future generations.

Overview of Position:
Working as part of a core team supporting the delivery of exemplary visitor service, the Guest Services Representative (Seasonal/Temporary role) helps ensure the guest experience at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza is enjoyable, informative, and meaningful.
This summer non-exempt position is temporary (approximately 10-12 weeks) beginning in late May or early June 2026 and concluding in mid-August 2026. This position is not eligible for employee benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits. Employment will conclude at the end of the designated period.

This is a seasonal, non-exempt position with hours scheduled based on operational needs. Compensation is commensurate with experience and aligned with the Museum's internal compensation structure.
