As a Seasonal Groundskeeper, you'll support the upkeep and appearance of the mill property while helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment. You'll assist with grounds maintenance, operate outdoor tools and equipment, and collaborate with team members to ensure the facility remains clean and well-maintained throughout the season.
What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for:
Performing weed-eating and general grounds maintenance around the plant.
Maintaining and properly caring for tools and equipment.
Supporting overall cleanliness and safety throughout the work environment.
Assisting with outdoor cleanup and maintenance projects as needed.
Working collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Performing repetitive physical tasks including bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, and twisting.
Following all workplace safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ pounds throughout the workday.
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Previous weed-eating or groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required.
Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding labor.
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
