Seasonal Food Production Associate - 1st Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Seasonal Food Production Associates to join our team at Cheryl's manufacturing facility. In this Seasonal role, you will help produce high-quality baked goods by performing a variety of production and packaging tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Seasonal associates may work on different stages of the production process, including mixing ingredients, frosting and decorating baked goods, operating food production equipment, and packaging finished products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of cookies and other baked goods
• Operate manufacturing equipment such as wire cutters, depositors, and packaging machines
• Mix ingredients and prepare products according to established procedures
• Frost, decorate, and package baked goods
• Maintain quality standards and follow food safety guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while supporting team goals
