Job Summary: This role supports the development of high-quality customer presentation materials by translating designer concepts into polished, client-ready formats. The position is responsible for building product call-out slides, compiling product details and visuals, and assembling complete presentation packages for sales and design review purposes. It also ensures presentation content remains accurate, organized, and aligned with branding standards through ongoing updates and file management. By assisting the design team with presentation preparation, this role helps improve efficiency and accelerate project delivery to customers.

Work Location:

  • This is a work-from-home role.

Compensation Information:

  • This is an hourly position, with an hourly rate of $17-$19.

What you'll do:

  • Build customer-facing product call-out slides from designer markups, layouts, and renderings using approved presentation templates and branding standards
  • Pull product images, specifications, finish information, and supporting content into PowerPoint presentations and customer materials
  • Assemble final customer presentation packages, including layouts, renderings, call-out slides, and supporting documentation for sales presentations and design reviews
  • Help update and revise customer presentations, keep files organized, and maintain product images and presentation materials
  • Assist the design team with preparing customer presentations and materials

What we expect you to bring to the table:

  • Ability to make polished and persuasive presentations to customers
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Computer literacy: Power point, outlook/email, iPad, internet, and social media (Twitter).

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience creating PowerPoint presentations

Education and/or Certifications Required:

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university (or currently pursuing said degree)
