Are you customer-focused, detail-oriented, and looking for a fast-paced seasonal opportunity? We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume customer contact center during a busy holiday season.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and assist with order placement
Enter customer orders accurately into company systems
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
Process returns, credits, and customer account inquiries
Review and verify order information for accuracy
Utilize training materials and resources to provide accurate information
Support additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous customer service, call center, retail, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
Strong communication and listening skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfortable working on the phone for a significant portion of the day
Strong computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Paid training provided
Overtime may be required during peak season
