Seasonal Coach

Important: This posting is not regularly monitored because seasonal coach openings are intermittent and based on program needs.

Compensation: The role receives a stipend for the season as outlined by the College's athletic pay schedule.

An Assistant Seasonal Coach at the College of St. Scholastica:

• Assists the head coach with various administrative and coaching duties, which can include but not limited to:

• Skill instruction

• Practice planning

• Recruitment

• Opponent scouting

• Travel logistics

• Ensuring compliance with the NCAA DIII rules.

• Responsibilities also encompass:

• Providing feedback to athletes

• Promoting athletics and personal development

• Helping to organize team events and equipment.

• Other duties may be assigned by the Head Coach or full-time staff.

Qualifications:

• One year coaching (at any level) or participation in the sport
