As our Certified Surgical Tech, you will work under the supervision of the surgeon and RN, bringing your certified expertise to keep the operating room organized, sterile, and ready for safe, efficient surgical procedures.
Every day, you will arrange and inventory sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies for surgical cases, passing items to surgeons and nurses as needed throughout the procedure. You will also assist in preparing and moving patients, along with sterilizing and cleaning instruments, equipment, and rooms between cases.
To be successful in this role, you will need current surgical technology certification, strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of sterile technique, and the ability to stay calm and communicate effectively as part of a fast-paced surgical team.

Schedule- 36hrs/ week- Variable shifts per surgical volume and current unit needs
Call required -Every night from 9pm to 7am is covered by call with an average call requirement of 7 nights per schedule period.

As a Certified Surgical Technologist at St. Anthony Summit, you will provide expert scrub support within a surgical department featuring 3 OR suites and an average volume of 120–200+ cases per month. Our surgical mix is comprised of 50% Orthopedics—including trauma, total joints, and sports medicine—alongside 20% General, 20% OB/GYN, and 10% other specialties, such as ENT, Urology, and Spine. We utilize a cross-trained staffing model, ensuring all associates are prepared to support every service line. Your daily responsibilities include providing intraoperative support by delivering additional sterile instruments and supplies, facilitating efficient room turnovers, and restocking for the following day’s cases. Throughout the procedure, you will serve as a dedicated advocate for the patient’s safety and well-being.
