Seasonal CDL-A Truck Driver (Temporary ) | Local | $40/Hour | Housing Provided

We're seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a seasonal local driving assignment in Little Falls, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking to maximize earnings during a temporary assignment while operating modern equipment with 100% drop-and-hook freight.

Temporary furnished housing is provided, making relocation simple during the assignment.

Pay & Compensation

• $40.00 per hour for all hours worked
• Average weekly earnings: $2,000–$2,200
• Approximately 55–60 hours per week
• No-touch freight
• Temporary furnished housing provided
• Mileage reimbursement for qualifying travel between lodging and the work site

Please note: This position pays a flat hourly rate with no overtime premium or per diem.

Schedule

• 6-month seasonal assignment
• Night shift
• 4 days on / 2 days off
• Local day cab operation

Job Duties

• Operate a Class A CDL tractor in a local operation
• Haul dry van freight
• 100% drop-and-hook freight
• Perform trailer hook-ups and unhooking
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all DOT safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of recent CDL-A experience
• HazMat endorsement required
• Tanker endorsement required
• Must be able to operate a manual transmission
• No automatic transmission restriction
• Reliable personal vehicle required during the assignment
• Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
• Trailer hook-up and unhooking experience preferred

Housing

• Furnished temporary housing provided
• Shared accommodations may be required
• Drivers must relocate to the assignment location for approximately six months
