Type: Seasonal / temporary, part-time, on-call
Hours: Up to 32 hours per week, based on demand
Vehicle: Company Sprinter van provided
Shifts (must be available for all three):
Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Overnight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Deliver customer orders safely and on schedule across our delivery area
- Verify customer ID and age (21+) at every drop-off
- Follow all New Jersey cannabis regulations and company delivery procedures
- Keep accurate delivery and order records
- Deliver friendly, professional service at every stop
- Communicate with the store team on order status, delays, or issues.
- Able to complete and follow route driving and willing to drive long distances.
Salary
$20 USD per hour
Required Skills
- A flexible schedule with no conflicting full-time job
- Comfortable working on-call and picking up shifts on short notice
- Experience with rideshare, food, or grocery delivery (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, etc.)
- Experience driving a Sprinter van or similar cargo van
- Genuine interest in building a career in the cannabis industry
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Strong navigation and time-management skills
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a company Sprinter van (no personal vehicle needed)
- Able to pass a background check and register with the NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission
- Smartphone with GPS
- Available to work weekends and holidays (we're closed Christmas Day)
