LOCATION
Frisco, TX | Onsite (Near Eldorado Pkwy & Dallas North Tollway)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Fridays and Saturdays required
• Two consecutive days off each week
• Temporary 6-week holiday assignment | No time off permitted during the project
• Scheduled days off: November 26–27 and December 25

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle high-volume inbound calls and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Assist customers with membership accounts, gift card balances, refunds, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Document customer interactions accurately while managing multiple requests.
• Deliver consistent, professional service during busy call periods.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience within the past 3 years.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Reliable attendance and availability for the full 6-week assignment, including required Friday and Saturday shifts.

• Customer account and ticketing systems

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience assisting customers with memberships, billing, refunds, or account services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and confidence handling back-to-back customer calls.
