This is a seasonal position that is responsible for ensuring the Schmitz-Maki Arena (Arena) operations run smoothly. This includes correctly opening and/or closing the facility, maintaining the ice sheet and facility, operating the Zamboni ice resurfacer, providing excellent customer service, having product knowledge of items sold in the pro-shop area, and operating the Point of Sale system requiring the handling of money and credit cards.

• Ensure customer safety is met during Arena operations.
• Assist with the supervision of the Skate Guard position.
• Assist with keeping the facility, mechanical systems and safety equipment in good working order and are kept clean.
• Act as the Supervisor on Duty in the absence of full-time staff.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Must be 18 years of age
