• Develop comprehensive talent maps across assigned industries, companies, and markets
• Identify high-performing professionals within targeted organizations
• Build and maintain named-target pipelines
• Conduct competitive talent research and organizational mapping
• Gather and analyze labor market intelligence
• Continuously monitor talent movement and industry trends Passive Candidate Sourcing
• Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing methodologies
• Execute personalized outreach strategies
• Develop candidate engagement campaigns
• Build long-term relationships with high-value talent
• Generate referrals and network introductions
• Maintain active pipelines of qualified prospects Candidate Assessment
• Evaluate candidate performance indicators
• Assess career progression and achievement history
• Conduct qualification and discovery conversations
• Validate alignment between candidate experience and business requirements
• Present highly qualified talent to hiring leaders Talent Conversion
• Influence passive candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Manage candidate engagement and momentum
• Address objections and barriers to change
