What you'll do

• Build lasting relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates
• Work with clients to fill urgent, high-impact positions
• Find, screen and qualify candidates through outbound calls, then match them with the right opportunities
• Prepare candidates and clients for interviews and help negotiate job offers
• Run reference checks and keep every search moving
• Get the most out of gpac's recruiting tools and resources

What you bring

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The drive to keep up high outbound activity
• Confidence building relationships over the phone
• Integrity, discretion and strong ethics
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Willingness to complete gpac's training program
