As a top search professional, you will initiate and develop long-term relationships with clients, identify qualified talent, and present them to your client companies. You will drive the interview process, guiding both client and candidate, negotiate the offer (show us your inner Ari Gold) and help people to better their careers.

Requirements: 

All we require is that you be a confident and effective communicator with the ability to overachieve in a high-energy environment. College degree, or 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (ideally in recruiting, sales, or other performance-driven positions) is highly beneficial, but not required. We will provide knowledge and training, but you must provide the desire to succeed.
