About the Role

As a part of our team, you will play an important part in ensuring our guests are serviced accurately, efficiently, and in a friendly, professional manner. The ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, answer questions regarding products, cash out customers
• Support daily operational activities and complete assigned tasks, side work and guest services with a high attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Contribute to team goals and help improve efficiency where possible

Qualifications

• Some experience/seafood knowledge preffered
• Must be over 18 yrs old
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work within in a team 
• Adaptable to change while maintaining a professional standard of work
• Professional judgment, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Must be available to work weekends
