SDET (Software Design Engineer in Test)

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience in Quality Engineering aspects of application delivery, working under Agile processes. The team provides CRM Solutions that enable thousands of Workplace Investing (WI) associates in the acquisition of new business and the daily support of our valued clients. Working within the Workplace Investing Quality Engineering (QE) organization, this role will support Solutions Office applications that integrate into Salesforce

The Expertise You Have

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
10+ years in Software Quality Engineering roles
Proven programming skills in languages like Java and TypeScript
Experience with continuous integration practices and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Karate, and Playwright

The Purpose of Your Role

Contribute to the design phases of projects to ensure engineering solutions are automatable
Work with the team to identify suitable automation frameworks and develop automation tests
Actively participate in all Agile Ceremonies including Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective
Work harmoniously with engineering and business colleagues to define acceptance criteria for Stories
Analyze and report test results, project tracking and product release readiness to business partners
