SCS Service Line Coordinator

The SCS Service Line Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering a coordinated supply support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of the facility specialty area, as well as serving as departmental liaison for SCS with key departments. The SCS Service Line Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering a coordinated supply support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of the facility specialty area, as well as serving as departmental liaison for SCS with key departments.

Your specific duties will include:

• Build and maintain par level systems for procedure-specific departments.
• Verify hospital deliveries, confirm accurate product receiving, and deliver items to appropriate specialty units.
• Process and verify department-specific supply and implant requisitions, monitor delivery timelines, and partner with staff on implant accuracy.
• Assist in inventory reduction while maintaining optimal stock of standard stores and special-order supplies/implants.
• Support expense reduction efforts and document monthly supply cost savings and inventory reductions.
• Maintain tracking records for requisition dates, delivery receipts, invoice pricing, back-orders, and implant costs.
• Accurately track back orders, manufacturer item numbers, recalls, and lot numbers.
• Routinely monitor expiration dates and execute removal, replacement, and documentation per departmental leadership guidelines.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Basic communication skills. 
• 1 Year of Experience

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• 2 years of college education preferred.
• Related job experience.

Pay Rate: $20.90 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
