Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Execution Leader Scrum Master to drive end to end project delivery planning stakeholder management and Agile execution The ideal candidate will lead cross functional teams ensure timely delivery of project milestones manage risks and dependencies and foster Agile best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning execution tracking and delivery
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Reviews and Retrospectives
• Manage stakeholders communication risks issues and dependencies
• Monitor project progress timelines budgets and resource utilization
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
• Provide clear status reporting and executive level updates

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Project Management and Program Planning
• Handson experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
• Experience managing cross functional global teams
• Strong problem solving risk management and delivery governance skills
• Preferred Certifications PMP CSM SAFe Scrum Master PMIACP
